Six layers of poultry mesh are wired together to form
a frame
to hold the dirt back, and also provide a ledge for
placing rocks to
hold the pond liner in place. Inch minus has
been spread
over bottom of pond and more will be added and tamped
to
help provide a uniform bottom to help keep large rocks
from
puncturing liner.
